Okay gang. I need some help.

I'm looking for an application, preferably open source, that can host a trivia game.

Basically there is a big screen and people can scan a QR code to join. The screen will then show a series of multiple choice trivia questions, and contestants can choose there answers on their device. At the end of x questions, scores will be presented on the big screen showing the winner.

Ideas?
